You’ve been through the process, you understand the work culture, and you know the benefits that Marvin Keller provides. When you share your positive experiences, it helps others feel more confident and assured about joining.

Addressing Common Misconceptions

In regards to referring and MK hiring more divers, we understand there may be some doubts or misconceptions. Let’s address the common ones:

“There won’t be enough freight to move”

Some drivers may worry that more drivers means less freight. However, rest assured, Marvin Keller has a steady and consistent flow of loads, and our customer team continually seeks new opportunities. More drivers mean more flexibility, better routes, and more opportunities for everyone.

“If I refer a driver who doesn’t perform well, it will reflect badly on me”

We understand this may be a concern, but here’s the good news: you will not be penalized for their actions. You are only responsible for your performance, and referring someone doesn’t make you accountable for their behavior. All leads are good leads – so do not hesitate to refer someone just because you’re unsure about their potential. We conduct a comprehensive interview process to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and ensure they align with our culture.

3. Use Recruiting Materials

We have a variety of materials to help you spread the word:

• Business Cards: Hand out cards with your name and Marvin Keller’s contact info. This makes it easy for referrals to reach out. Ask your DM for cards if you need them!
• Handouts: We also have informational handouts that give a brief overview of our company and benefits. Ask your DM for these handouts and we will get them to you!
• Website: Direct potential recruits to www.marvinkeller.com to apply and learn more.
• Social Media: Don’t forget about our Facebook page! It’s a great way to showcase MK’s culture.

Get Rewarded for Your Referrals

When you refer a driver within our hiring area who applies and speaks with recruiting, you’ll earn:

• 100 application bonus
• 500 MK Pro Points
• The MK Referral Badge

Once the driver is hired, you can earn up to an additional $1000:

• $500 after the driver completes their first dispatch.
• $250 after 90 days of driving with us.
• $250 after 120 days of driving with us
