Recruiting Tips:
We want to give you some recruiting tools to help drive potential candidates to the MK family and give you that referral bonus you deserve! Below are a few recruiting tips you can use:
- Website: direct them to our website. Our website has all the information about driving schedules, compensation & benefits, requirements & qualifications, and testimonials from our very own drivers.
- Bonuses: you can tell them we offer a $1,000 sign-on and $1,000 referral bonus. Also talk about our MK Pro-Point System, which is similar to a performance bonus!
- Compensation: If the potential candidate has any questions about current pay for our different driving positions, you can show them this image!

Refer a driver to receive cash and a chance to win an “Upgrade Your Truck” Package.
Referral Program Includes:
- $100 for each driver lead or application
- $1,000 paid to MK Driver once the applicant is hired: $500 paid out once seated, $250 at three months, and $250 at six months.
- Grand Prize: every referral a driver submits will be placed in a drawing for a chance to win an “Upgrade Your Truck” Package
- Up to $1,000 in value
- Choose items like a new seat, mattress, chrome accessories, etc.
